- 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen with gesture control
- 12 faders across 6 layers for 72 fader strips

Allen & Heath Avantis Solo: Big Console Workflow, Small Surface
The Avantis Solo keeps the full Avantis mix engine and software, including 12 RackExtra FX slots with dedicated returns, while shrinking the surface to 12 faders and one touchscreen. Continuity UI combines physical controls with drag-and-drop touchscreen operation, and 18 assignable SoftKeys put your most-used functions at your fingertips.
Flexible Routing and Processing
Every input has full EQ, dynamics, and routing, and configurable mixes can be set as groups, auxes, matrices, or FX sends to suit any show. Scene management and customizable widgets make complex productions manageable.
Setting Up the Avantis Solo
Connect local sources to the six XLR inputs, or connect an Allen & Heath stage box via SLink for stage I/O. Patch the outputs to your PA and monitors, install Dante, MADI, Waves, or gigaACE cards in the I/O ports if needed, and use word clock for sync. Build your layers and save scenes for each event.
What to Pair With the Avantis Solo
Pair the Avantis Solo with an Allen & Heath DX168 or GX4816 stage box, a Dante card, an iPad for MixPad or Avantis Director, and a road case. Add dPack later for DEEP processing, Dyn8, and an expanded mix engine.
Expandable I/O
Two I/O ports each support 128×128 channels at 96 kHz, and SLink connects stage boxes and expanders, so the console scales from a few local inputs to a large networked system shared with monitors and broadcast.
Upgrade With dPack
The optional dPack license adds DEEP compressors and preamp emulation, 16 Dyn8 dynamic EQ and multiband engines, exclusive RackExtra FX, and on current firmware expands the console to 96 inputs and 56 mixes.
Avantis Solo vs. Avantis
Both share the same engine and software. The full Avantis adds a second touchscreen, 24 faders, and 12 local XLR inputs and outputs, while the Solo offers 12 faders, one screen, and 6 local inputs and outputs in a smaller, lighter frame.
Built for Small Spaces
The Solo’s compact metal chassis fits balcony mix positions, broadcast desks, and small theaters, while still providing the processing and expansion of a much larger console.
