We don't sell a system, we build one for your space. Every install starts with the same question: what does this room need to do? We Don't Disappear When the Install Is Done
A lot of AV contractors treat the final walkthrough as the finish line — system's live, invoice is sent, see you never. That's not how we work. Metro Contracting Group has an in-house service center at our own facility, which means the same people who understand how your system was designed are the ones who answer the phone when something needs attention two years later.
Firmware needs updating. A mic capsule wears out. Staff turns over and the new person doesn't know what the touchscreen does. None of that is a crisis — it's just what happens when equipment gets used the way it's supposed to be used. The difference is whether you have someone to call who already knows your system, or whether you're starting from zero with a stranger.
We service what we install — in the field or back at our shop — and we're the same company that will help you plan the next project. The install is the start of the relationship, not the whole thing.
