ADJ UB 12H: Versatile Linear Wash Lighting

Linear LED bars are among the most useful fixtures in lighting. Lay the UB 12H on the floor to uplight a wall or curtain, mount it on truss to wash a stage, or line several bars along the front of a stage or bar for a continuous ribbon of color. HEX LEDs produce rich saturated colors as well as warm ambers, soft pastels, crisp whites, and UV.

Magnetic interlocking end caps let you connect multiple UB 12H bars end to end, creating long, seamless runs for backdrops and architectural lighting.

UB 12H Pixel Control and Effects

With 3 or 6-section pixel control, each bar can display multiple colors at once and run chase effects across sections, adding movement to stage and DJ lighting. Use the included UC IR remote to set colors quickly, or connect a DMX controller for full programmed control. Flicker-free operation keeps the light smooth on camera, which matters for streamed services and events.

Setting Up the UB 12H

For uplighting, place bars on the floor a short distance from a wall and aim them upward. For stage washes, mount them on truss or stands and angle them toward performers. Join bars with the magnetic end caps for continuous runs, and link them with DMX cables for synchronized control.

What to Pair With the UB 12H

Pair multiple UB 12H bars with a DMX controller for chase effects, truss or stands for mounting, and moving heads or effects for a complete stage rig. A haze machine adds depth to washes and effects.

Why Use LED Bars?

LED bars deliver more coverage than single par fixtures, washing an entire wall, curtain, or stage edge with even color. Pixel control adds effects that pars can’t produce, and their slim profile hides easily along stage lips, behind decor, or on top of truss. They’re a practical choice for churches, venues, and event companies that need flexible, low-heat lighting.
