Chauvet DJ D-Fi XLR Pack: Cut the DMX Cables

Running DMX cable between fixtures spread around a room takes time and creates trip hazards. The D-Fi XLR Pack replaces those runs with Chauvet’s D-Fi wireless technology. The compact transmitter plugs into your controller or first fixture, and each receiver plugs into the DMX input of a fixture or group, carrying signal wirelessly across the venue.

Battery Powered and Self-Contained

Both the transmitter and receivers run on internal rechargeable batteries, so they need no external power at the fixture. The transmitter delivers about 11 hours of runtime and the receivers about 10 hours, enough for most events. The included multi-charger tops them all up together between gigs.

Setting Up the D-Fi XLR Pack

Charge all units on the multi-charger. Plug the TX into the DMX output of your controller or lead fixture, and plug an RX into the DMX input of each remote fixture or chain. Set the transmitter and receivers to the same wireless channel, confirm the LED indicators, and run your show as normal.
