Product Details

The Focusrite Vocaster Two is a podcasting interface built for two hosts, or a host and a guest, who want great-sounding audio with almost no setup. Two XLR mic inputs with over 70 dB of gain, one-touch Auto Gain, Enhance voice presets, and dedicated Mute buttons get you recording quickly, while two headphone outputs, Bluetooth and TRRS phone connectivity, a camera output, and loopback make it a complete hub for podcasts, streams, and video.

Highlights

  • 2 XLR mic inputs with phantom power and over 70 dB of gain
  • Auto Gain sets levels in seconds
  • Enhance voice presets and one-touch Mute per channel
  • 2 headphone outputs, each with its own level
  • Bluetooth and TRRS phone input for calls and music
  • Camera output, stereo loopback, and USB-C (Mac, PC, USB-C iPad)

Focusrite Vocaster Two: Podcasting Made Simple

Push Auto Gain, start talking, and Vocaster sets your level automatically. Then choose an Enhance preset to bring out the best in your voice, and tap Mute to keep coughs and sips off the recording. High-gain preamps drive even low-output dynamic mics to a strong, clean signal.

Two Hosts, Two Headphones

Each presenter gets their own headphone output and level control, plus Show Mix so everyone hears exactly what listeners will hear. Stereo speaker outputs let you monitor out loud when you’re not recording.

Setting Up the Vocaster Two

Connect the Vocaster Two to your computer or USB-C iPad, plug in two XLR mics and headphones, and run Focusrite’s Easy Start. Press Auto Gain for each mic, choose an Enhance preset, and connect a phone via Bluetooth or TRRS for remote guests. Open Vocaster Hub to fine-tune levels and routing.

What to Pair With the Vocaster Two

Pair the Vocaster Two with two dynamic broadcast microphones, mic arms, closed-back headphones, XLR cables, and a TRRS cable for phone calls.

Bring In Calls and Computer Audio

Connect a phone via Bluetooth or TRRS to bring callers or music into your show, and use stereo loopback to capture computer audio such as music beds, intros, soundboards, and online calls.

Vocaster Hub Software

Vocaster Hub works like a broadcast mixer on your screen, giving access to levels, Enhance settings, routing from your phone and computer, and Show Mix.

Camera and Vlogging

A dedicated TRS camera output sends your mix straight to a camera for video podcasts and vlogs, so you get broadcast-quality sound without syncing separate audio.

Software Included

Vocaster Two includes recording and podcast-hosting software offers from Focusrite’s partners to help you produce and publish your show.

Vocaster Two vs. Vocaster One

Vocaster One is designed for a single host with one mic input, while Vocaster Two adds a second mic input and headphone output for co-hosts and in-person guests.
