Zoom LiveTrak L-20R: Mix From the Stage

The L-20R is designed for bands and venues that want to mix without a big console. Mount it in a rack at the side of the stage, then control every channel from an iPad over wireless. Up to six musicians can adjust their own monitor mixes from their own devices, so everyone hears what they need without waiting on the engineer.

Each channel includes a 3-band EQ and sends to two effects buses with 20 built-in chorus, delay, and reverb effects. Save up to nine scenes to recall your settings for different venues or songs.

L-20R Multitrack Recording and USB Interface

Every show can be a recording. The L-20R captures 22 tracks simultaneously to an SD card at up to 24-bit/96 kHz, so you get every input on its own track plus a stereo mix, ready to edit in your DAW. Connect it to a computer over USB and it becomes a 22-in/4-out audio interface for studio recording or streaming. Play recorded tracks back through the mixer to do a virtual soundcheck when the band isn’t available.

Because musicians control their own mix, the engineer is free to focus on the house sound, and soundchecks move much faster. Pair the L-20R with wireless in-ear systems for a clean, quiet stage with no wedges at all.
