Buy or Rent the Evolve 90 — Which Makes Sense for You?

If you regularly run larger events at a venue, house of worship, or school, buying the Evolve 90 makes sense — it’s a long-term investment backed by Electro-Voice’s warranty and Metro’s in-house service support. If you need this exact high-output column system for a one-off wedding, corporate event, or large gathering, renting by the day gets you the same unit without the upfront cost.

Whether you buy or rent, it’s the identical Evolve 90 — the same 18″ subwoofer, the same column array, the same 134dB peak output. Metro doesn’t maintain a separate, lower-spec rental fleet; what you rent is what you’d buy.

Electro-Voice Evolve 90 Use Cases

• Larger weddings and banquet halls needing high-output, wide-coverage sound
• Houses of worship and schools needing full-room audio coverage
• Corporate events and presentations needing powerful, clear reinforcement
• Live bands and DJs needing a high-SPL portable column system
• Rental companies and production teams stocking a premium column PA
