Electro-Voice EVERSE 12: Full PA Sound, Off the Grid

The EVERSE 12 is 5 dB louder than the EVERSE 8 and delivers full-range sound with deep bass for outdoor events, ceremonies, street performances, and rentals. Its replaceable battery provides over 6 hours at maximum output or more than 12 hours at moderate levels, and power-saving features extend run time when no signal is present.

A Mixer in the Box

Two XLR/TRS combo inputs, including phantom power on input 1 and Hi-Z on input 2, plus a 3.5 mm stereo input and Bluetooth, feed the 4-channel mixer. QuickSmart DSP with a seven-band GEQ, presets, and effects is available from the LCD or the free QuickSmart Mobile app.

Setting Up the EVERSE 12

Charge the battery, then pole-mount the speaker, place it on a stand, or lay it on its side as a stage monitor. Connect microphones and instruments, pair your phone over Bluetooth, and adjust levels and effects in the QuickSmart app. Use the 12V DC output to power a compatible wireless mic receiver.

What to Pair With the EVERSE 12

Pair the EVERSE 12 with a wireless microphone system such as the Electro-Voice RE3, a speaker stand, a spare battery for long events, a padded cover, and a second EVERSE 12 for True Wireless Stereo.

Flexible Positioning

The 100 x 60 degree waveguide ensures even coverage, and two monitor angles (30 and 55 degrees) let the EVERSE 12 work as a floor wedge or kickback monitor, as well as a main speaker on a pole.

Bluetooth and App Control

Stream stereo audio with the aptX codec, pair two speakers for True Wireless Stereo, and control and group up to six compatible Electro-Voice speakers, including EVERSE, ELX200, and EVOLVE models, from the QuickSmart Mobile app.

Expandable Power

The integrated 12V DC port powers a wireless mic receiver from the EVERSE battery, and an accessory tray can secure the receiver on top of the speaker. A USB charge port tops up phones and tablets during your set.

Built for Rental and Mobile Use

A rugged, weatherized enclosure, replaceable battery, and simple setup make the EVERSE 12 a dependable choice for rental houses, mobile DJs, and musicians who perform anywhere.
