Chauvet DJ D-Fi XLR RX: Add Wireless to Any Fixture

Many fixtures in existing rigs don’t have built-in wireless DMX. The D-Fi XLR RX solves that by plugging into the fixture’s DMX input and receiving the signal over D-Fi. Use one receiver per fixture or per chain of fixtures, and eliminate the DMX cable runs between them and your controller.

Battery Powered and Compact

The receiver runs on its own rechargeable battery, so it needs no external power at the fixture. At just 1.6 ounces and 3.5 inches long, it hangs neatly off a fixture’s DMX port, and LED indicators confirm it’s on the right wireless channel.

Setting Up the D-Fi XLR RX

Charge the receiver fully. Plug it into the DMX input of the fixture you want to control, set it to the same wireless channel as your D-Fi XLR TX transmitter or D-Fi controller, and confirm the LED indicators. Daisy-chain additional fixtures from that fixture’s DMX output with standard cables if needed.
