Pioneer DJ DJM-A9: The Next Club Standard

The DJM-A9’s channel inputs use ESS Technology 32-bit A/D converters and its master and booth outputs use 32-bit D/A converters, so the booth monitors sound the same as the dance floor. Wider spacing around the EQ knobs, brighter LEDs, optimized isolators, smoother channel faders, and the third-generation Magvel Fader crossfader make mixing and scratching more fluid than ever.

Evolved Effects

Sound Color FX now include Center Lock, which stops each knob at center so you can sweep effects quickly without overshooting into the opposite parameter. The 14 Beat FX are shown on a new color display and controlled with the horizontal X-Pad, with three new effects: Mobius, Triplet Filter, and Triplet Roll. Echo and Ping Pong can be bent into analog tape-style sounds on the X-Pad.
